These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lore, operated by Tanmai Vully. By using Lore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lore provides a memory and context management tool that connects to third party services such as Slack, Jira, GitHub, Email, and others. Lore processes data that you authorise through these integrations to help you search, recall, and understand past work.
Lore is provided on an as is and as available basis. The operator does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old. You may use Lore from any region worldwide, provided that doing so does not violate your local laws.
By using Lore, you confirm that you have the right to connect any third party accounts you authorise.

When you connect third party tools, you grant Lore permission to access and process the data that those tools provide through their APIs. Lore does not modify data in those systems unless you explicitly authorise an action.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lore respects your internal company policies and all applicable laws.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are non refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice.
All rights to Lore, including content, software, and branding, belong to the operator. Your use grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the service.
You may stop using Lore at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Once terminated, your access is removed but your historical data may be retained for compliance, billing, or debugging.
If you are located in a region with specific privacy requirements, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, or countries with similar laws, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Lore is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
The operator may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
